Pastor Rusty has been our Senior Pastor since 2012. He and his wife Anna have four children: Kirsten, Molly, Grady and Gideon. He is the Founder and President of World Reach Inc. and the Camino Community Center. Pastor Rusty and his family have served as missionaries in Cuba and Latin America for the over 20 years.

Hector serves full-time as our "NextGen Pastor", which is a cool way of saying, Family Pastor. Cool, huh? Just like Hector! He oversees all programming and ministry for children ages birth – high school. He selects and prepares curriculum, activities, and programming for each age group helping to facilitate learning and encourage spiritual growth. He previously worked as a Program Manager for a mental health agency in Charlotte specializing in children's mental health. Hector began serving in 2011 and has been a part of our staff since 2013. If you think you've seen him somewhere before - you may have seen him on stage, thumping on the Bass! He and his wife, Stephany, have a three beautiful daughters, Alyssa and twins Amber and Ariana. Hector and his family are very excited to be a part of Camino Church.

Amittay serves Camino Church as our full-time Minister of Pastoral Care for our first and second service families. His role is to insure the physical, spiritual and emotional well-being of our church members with the support of the a fabulous team. Before coming to the United States from Cuba, Amittay pastored Camino in Cuba from 2005-2009. He's been with us since 2010. He graduated from the University of Medicine of La Havana in 1988 and practiced family medicine. He also has a Master’s Degree in Genetics. He and his are true blessings our Camino Church family.

Sheila is such an amazing woman that she holds two positions! Go Sheila! She is the Office Manager and our First Impressions Director. We are thankful for her the insight and oversight she brings to the table. She brings over 30 years of church ministry experience to Camino Church. Sheila has a genuine love of people and wants guests and members to feel connected and excited on Sundays through these ministries. She and her husband Wes have been married for over 40 years. They have one daughter and two granddaughters, and their son-in-law is a pastor in Dalton, Georgia.

Communication
Molly is the Director of Communication for Camino. She recently graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with her degree in Communication, specializing in Public Relations and minoring in Spanish. Molly joined Camino early 2017 and loves being a part of the team! When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband, Samuel, and their two (very big) fur babies, Ecko and Zulu. Everything Molly does, whether that’s working with Camino or loving on her family, is because of the grace of God and through the mercy of Jesus Christ.

Cassandra is our full-time Communication Manager. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Queen City Bible College in Charlotte, NC, graduating Suma Cum Laude. She and her husband Mark have two adult children, Keyerra and Jarrin and one granddaughter Victoria. Get this, Cassandra is also a Minister, Worship Leader, Worship Consultant, Songwriter, an award-winning actress and an international recording artist who is delighted to call Camino Church HOME since 2014! February 2017 she branched out as an author of a 30-day devotional entitled “Our Day to Day Faith”. When she’s not singing, acting, working or writing, Cassandra finds tranquility in crocheting. In the fall and winter months she spends a lot of her free time making scarves, blankets, pillows and more.

- Wendy is the Executive Director and Co-Founder of Bethesda Health Center and Camino Community Center. She has been a member of Camino since 2003. She is from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and has lived in the United States since [year]. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Social Communication and has post-graduate education in Community Development and Health Education. Wendy brings more than 20 years of experience of helping to bring social awareness and uplift to those who are ofent disenfranchised and marginalized. She has devoted her life to serving the Lord and sharing His love to the community in need. Wendy and her husband, Eliseo, have three sons: Yarince, Nelson and Marcos. Her life verse is Isaiah 40:31

Cheryl is the Community Director providing oversight to The King’s Keep Learning Center, our children and youth programs, recreation and the Camino Community Center. Her focus is managing the childcare center and assisting in the enhancement of the community related programs. As the founding Director of The King’s Keep Learning Center her responsibilities include daily operations, human resources, budgets, regulatory compliance and developing overall strategic initiatives. After several years of service at The Keep she went on to design and develop additional centers in North Carolina. Cheryl has served as an Industry Expert for Axum Capital Partners in education service investments, where her responsibilities included identifying and evaluating potential transactions and assisting in enhancing the performance of the organizations. Her experience includes working closely with high-growth, start-up and middle market companies in retail, financial services and education. As a matter of fact, Cheryl, her husband Shaun, and their son, John, were involved in the Start Up Ministry of our church. They all reside in the city of Cornelius.

He is married to Reyna Flores and they founded Camino del Rey Association in San Miguel, republic of El Salvador; the place where they have lived since 2012 and they serve in the areas of health, education and spiritual care. Saul travels very often to different countries in Latin America to plant and to help churches. He owns a law firm office and other businesses to support the ministry. His goal is to plant and encourage churches to prepare the next generation to change lives for Christ.
